Healing Session


Each session is a sacred experience, thoughtfully guided and unique to you.

We begin by opening a gentle, grounded space together, inviting the body and nervous system to relax and settle. From there, I listen and attune to what is present, allowing guidance to naturally come forward.

As the session unfolds, I may weave together energy healing, sound and vibration, subtle body work, intuitive guidance, and plant support, always in alignment with your body’s natural wisdom.

This approach honors your whole being, physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual, supporting a sense of ease, connection, and overall well-being.
