Each Sacred Garden Coaching session is a guided conversation and teaching space. We begin by connecting with your intentions and your unique environment—whether that’s a balcony, patio, or full backyard. From there, I guide you step by step: choosing the right plant allies, aligning with moon and seasonal rhythms, and learning simple practices to plant, tend, and harvest.
Sessions may also include guidance on tea rituals, energy healing through the wisdom of the plants, and step-by-step support in preparing your own remedies. By the end of each session, you’ll have clear, practical next steps and sacred tools to bring the garden’s healing into your daily life.
Every session begins with opening sacred space. This is a moment of grounding and intention, where we connect with your body’s wisdom and invite guidance for what is needed that day.
From there, I flow intuitively — weaving therapies such as body contouring, lymphatic drainage, cellulite smoothing, radiofrequency firming, vacuum massage, glute or bust lifting, wood therapy, or radiance rituals for face and neck.
